Newtron Group can act as an independent and expert technical advisor on large commercial claims, benefitting both the insurer and the insured.
Newtron Group's project consultant can coordinate a time line and critical path with the client and vendors, monitor the overall process, and oversee materials and logistics.
If required, Newtron Group can provide a Project Manager who is a one point contact that will ensure the entire loss is dealt with properly from start to finish in the most timely and cost effective manner.
Initial onsite assessments of losses followed by development and implementation of a plan with all key stakeholders and suppliers. Preparation of Gantt Chart or timeline for all key issues involved with a project and research-backed, accurate cost estimates for recovery plan implementation.
