Robert has a diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology and has over fifteen years of experience in the computer and electronics service field. Prior to joining Newtron Group, Robert spent five years working as the National Project Manager at LWG-RestorTek, a Chicago-based consulting and high-tech equipment restoration firm. Robert has been managing equipment restoration projects hands-on throughout Canada and the United States, including projects evolving from the bombing of the Federal building in Oklahoma City, the fire in the U.S. Treasury Building in Washington DC, the flood in the Arizona Heart Hospital in Phoenix, and the series of arson fires in county government buildings in San Francisco. At Newtron Group Robert is in charge of all aspects of equipment restoration projects, both in-house and on-site. He has extensive expertise in computer, electronics, networking equipment, manufacturing equipment and medical equipment, and he excels in the following areas:
- On-site equipment inspection, damage assessment, valuation, and reporting
- Development of project proposals for equipment restoration and damage mitigation
- Project management and field consulting
- Electronic, industrial, medical, and high tech equipment restoration
